Alison Fox is a seasoned Texas appellate attorney and longtime public servant with decades of experience in criminal law. She is a candidate for Place 3 on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, where she seeks to bring deep legal knowledge, independence, and a commitment to the rule of law to Texas’s highest criminal court. Alison has handled thousands of criminal appeals, post-conviction writs, and complex legal matters, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how criminal cases affect victims, defendants, law enforcement, and communities across the state. Known for her work ethic, integrity, and deliberate approach to the law, Alison Fox believes appellate judges should apply the law faithfully, with emphasis placed on protection of Constitutional rights and Due Process of Law. Her intent is to ensure public safety while treating every case — and every person — with fairness and respect. 

Her career includes service as both a staff and research attorney at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, Director of a Conviction Integrity Unit, prosecutor in a major Texas district attorney’s office, and criminal defense attorney. She has worked under leaders from different political parties, reinforcing her belief that justice must rise above politics. Alison Fox, being committed to family and its traditional values, travels all across Texas with her husband and five children. It’s her desire to meet with voters in large cities and small towns alike, to deliver her unique Constitutionally oriented message of Liberty and Justice for All!
